Our Process

Pre-approval statement

You will meet with a dedicated loan officer who will conduct the initial review of your documents and determine an estimated pre-approval amount. Once you are pre-approved, you can begin looking at houses right away! Keep in mind, your formal approval will be contingent upon results of underwriting and is generally issued within a week of applying.

Loan Process

After you meet with your loan officer and sign the proper disclosures, your loan application will be submitted for processing where we will verify your information and prepare the loan for underwriting.

Underwriting

Our underwriter will review your documents and issue a conditional loan approval. Your loan officer will work with you to clear all of the conditions identified by the underwriter on the loan approval, and then deliver the loan for closing on the scheduled date.

Closing

Our closing department will work with the title company to make sure your closing documents are accurate and delivered on time.
